FinePass
The parking notice relay

Rental fleet parking fines, collected instead of written off.

FinePass matches the breach to the hirer and chases the driver, not the vehicle owner. Parking companies get paid in full on fines they'd otherwise lose. Rental operators never see the notice.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Vehicle receives a parking breach notice

  2. Step 2: FinePass matches the plate to the rental agreement

  3. Step 3: The driver is emailed the notice, evidence, and a payment link

  4. Step 4: Resolved — without the rental operator lifting a finger

Rental plates are your worst collection category. We fix that.

When the registered owner is a rental company, notices stall. Operators dispute, delay, or take weeks to identify who was driving, and a chunk of that fine value gets written off or ends up in a DRT dispute. FinePass removes the delay by going straight to the driver.

  1. Point 1: You receive the full fine. The driver pays our fee.

A small handling fee is added to the driver's notice on top of your charge. It is never billed to you or to the operator, and FinePass earns nothing unless the driver pays. No integration fee, no minimum commitment.

  2. Point 2: Nothing changes about how you issue notices.

Forward the notice the same way you already do, to notices@finepass.co.nz, whenever the registered owner is a participating rental fleet. No new system, no API work up front.

  3. Point 3: Weekly remittance, full visibility.

Collected fines are paid out on a weekly Stripe run, with a portal showing exactly what's matched, notified, and paid at every stage.
