How it works
Five steps from the notice you already write to money in your account, and one on what it costs you.

Step 1: You send us the notice.
Forward it the way you already send notices, to notices@finepass.co.nz, whenever the registered owner is a participating rental fleet. Same notice, same evidence, same reference.

Step 2: We get the driver from the operator.
FinePass asks the operator's booking system who had that vehicle at that date and time. One booking per notice. We don't hold a copy of their customer database.

Step 3: We email the driver straight away.
The notice, the evidence, and a payment link, the same day. You never have to find them.

Step 4: We follow up.
A reminder, then a final notice, on a fixed schedule. Every email says which step it is.

Step 5: If they still don't pay, you get the driver.
After the final notice goes unanswered, we hand you the driver's name and contact details to chase directly. You are never left with nothing.

Step 6: It costs you nothing. Our fee is charged to the driver.
You receive your full charge when the driver pays. A small handling fee is added to the driver's notice on top of it. Not billed to you, not to the operator, and not at all if the driver never pays.
